Each day - by the way you pray, give and engage with our mission – individuals and families who were once homeless are experiencing a new beginning wrapped with hope and anticipation of a brighter future.
In 2023 alone, 2,517 adults and children were helped by you and EUMA services.
Significant Highlights include:
· 33 Veterans, 100 adults, and 95 children were safely sheltered and cared for by The Refuge and Liberty House.
· 94% of these Veterans transitioned to permanent housing after staying at the transitional shelter.
· 5,836 bed nights were provided to 351 homeless men and women during Erie’s winter season through Our Neighbors’ Place Overflow Shelter.
· 942 adults and 695 children totaling in 1,638 individuals from 45 local agencies received free clothing and household items at the Rainbow Connection Thrift Store.
