Have you ever had a question and didn’t know where to find the answer? If so, you’ve come to the right place.

This section is a compilation of answers to the questions most commonly asked by our constituents. Just start by following one of the links below. If you can’t find the question you wanted to ask, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  1. Visit our Needed Supplies page to see what items we are currently accepting!

  2. Donations requested by specific programs can be delivered directly to the program location:
    * The Refuge/Rapid Re-Housing, 1027 E. 26th St., Erie. (Access the building via the red ramp at the back of the facility.)
    * Liberty House, 550 W. 7th St., Erie. (Access the building via the front door. Please donate items during regular business hours, when possible.)
    * Healthcare for the Homeless Partnership/Our Neighbors’ Place Seasonal Shelter, 1033 E. 26th St., Erie. (EUMA Administrative Office)

    All other donations of clothing, household items and furniture can be delivered to the Rainbow Connection Thrift Store, 1516 Buffalo Road, Erie. EUMA clients and those in need from other community organizations have access to your donations at no cost through our Voucher Assistance Program.

  3. What is your organization's privacy policy?

    EUMA takes your privacy seriously, taking steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters. We do not sell or exchange your information with any other organizations, public, private or nonprofit.

  4. Can I schedule a speaker?

    Yes, we welcome the opportunity to speak with your group, organization or church. To request a speaker, please email info@euma-erie.org and include the following information:
    * Your Name
    * Contact Information
    * What are you requesting a speaker for? (i.e. event, meeting, church service, etc.)
    * Are you requesting a speaker to address a certain topic or program area, or a general EUMA-wide presentation?
    * Date/Time of Opportunity
    * Length of Speaking Opportunity
    * Approximate Number in Audience

  5. Can I schedule a tour?

    Yes, we welcome requests of tours. You can arrange program-specific tours for you and/or a group, as well as agency-wide visits. To schedule a tour, please email info@euma-erie.org and include the following information:
    * Your Name
    * Contact Information
    * Name of Visiting Group (if applicable)
    * Approximate Number in Visiting Group
    * Are you requesting a program-specific tour, or a general EUMA-wide tour?
    * Date/Time of Requested Tour

  6. * Rental assistance for those not in our Rapid Rehousing program
    * Assistance paying utilities
    * Assistance obtaining birth certificates, state IDs, or driver’s licenses
    * Assistance for hotel stays
